Sofia is a certified sound healer & holistic therapist specialized in nervous system regulation.
Her mission is to guide women in a journey back to their center — creating a safe space within their bodies, and their life.
As a soul-led therapist every experience is different and dives through sound healing, reiki, somatic work, cacao ceremonies and nlp, to meet you where you are.
